Memorandum on Feasibility Studies for Public Sector Projects

Abstract

This memorandum is put forward as a discussion document on feasibility studies for industrial projects in the public sector. It contains two sections ; the first pertains to the procedures presently involved in project analysis and development; the second outlines the techniques of a feasibility study.
