Thus, though the approved outlay for eighth plan, at 1991- 92 price, was Rs 1130.00 crores, sum total of the outlays of annual plans during the eighth plan period is only Rs 1007.75 crores (at 1991-92 price). This was fully financed and expenditure, in fact, at Rs 1056.40 crores.
