Abstract
Land Agrarian scheme was implemented in Ladakh district also. The government posted Collector Agrarian and other staff to Leh district. Previously the establishment charges was debited to state budget. At the time of formulation of Annual Plan-1980-81, the Planning/Ladakh Affairs Department asked to debit the expenditure to Ladakh budget. Accordingly funds have been provided in the Ladakh budget during the current year.
