Abstract
The Draft Annual Operating Plan of NEFA for 1970-71 has been formulated according to the dictates of the Planning Commission's letter No. PC(P)2/UT/59 dated 12th November,1959. The Plan, of necessity, has to be a modest one as it is confined to no more than 10% increase over the previous year's annual Plan.
