Abstract
In order to formulate 9th Five Year Plan (1997-2002) on Shipping, Planning Commission has constituted a Working Group under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Surface Transport. A copy of the Planning Commission's letter constituting the Working Group and its terms of reference is placed at Annexure ’A' .
