Abstract
This is a 4th Plan Scheme, The-revised estimate works out to Rs. 1OO.41 crores and another Rs. 6.48 crores were spent towards interest charges. The revised estimate has been approved by the Planning-Commission vide their letter No, 1-26(9) (6)/77- P&E dated 29th July, 1977.
