Five Year Plan Assam District and Subdivisional Series

Abstract

A Broad Outline and Progress Report of Assam’s Five-Year Plan—1951-56 has been separately printed which gives an over-all idea of the State’s Five-Year Plan and the Schemes included therein. That publication, bringing a previous publication up-to-date, will satisfy the curiosity of the general reader regarding the State Five-Year Plan of Assam in an up-to-date manner. Another direction in which public interest has been expressed is to know the particular schemes which benefit particular areas and the extent of such benefit. To satisfy such a need these booklets on District and Sub divisional Plans for Assam are being published separately.
