Abstract

In order to cope with the ever increasing volume of planning work, it is proposed to strengthen the existing planning machinery which consists of a skeleton staff, by appointing minimum additional staff. It is also proposed to set up a Monitoring-cum-Evaluation Cell for attending to the work connected with the monitoring cum- evaluation of plan expenditure.
